Health Certificates are Required for all Turtle/Tortoise Sales delivered to the following states:
- Connecticut
- Illinois
- Michigan
- Montana
- Washington
You MUST purchase a Health Certificate in order to complete your purchase. We are not adding a surcharge to the cost of the Health Certificate – we are simply covering our cost. We will submit the required paperwork and obtain the certificate for no additional charge.
